It is worth noting that the buildings of this complex have several entrances and exits, and there is also an underground parking. The apartments of the offices are built with panoramic glazing. This helps make better use of daylight.
8. Triumph Palace, 264 m

Skyscraper Triumph Palace located in one of the districts of Moscow. Khoroshevsky district is located in the south-west of the capital. Originally intended as Stalin's skyscrapers. The construction site was allocated by the Moscow authorities. Construction began in 2006.

The project architect Trofimov assured that the building is in a very convenient location. But there was a lot of criticism of the structure.

7. “Tower on the Embankment”, Tower “С”, 268 m

Tower on the Embankment consists of 3 buildings. Building tower "C" It was launched back in January 2005. The construction lasted only 2 years. Completion of work was in 2007.

5. Eurasia, 309 m

Skyscraper called "Eurasia" located in Moscow. This project is an office and recreation complex. There are fitness centers, as well as shops and residential apartments.
There are 77 floors in the building. Architects wanted the tower to combine classic style and modern. Eurasia is the only building that is built of steel. All the rest were built of concrete.
The project was launched back in 2002. But due to lack of funding, everything was completed only by 2013.
4. IFC "Mercury City", 339 m

Mercury City - This is a business complex, which is part of the Moscow International Business Center. The building has 75 above ground and 5 underground floors.

The building has several entrances. It is worth noting that in Mercury City there are 29 elevators. Frank Williams wanted to build the first environmental building in Moscow. It was designed so that as much as possible daylight passed into office premises. For reliability from earthquakes, reinforced concrete frames were installed. The building can carry them up to 6 points inclusive.
Construction has been ongoing since 2005, and lasted until 2013. But initially the project was supposed to be completed by 2009. It was decided to slow down a little because of the crisis.
3. IFC “Eye” (South Tower), 354 m

"Eye" - This is a complex of skyscrapers that are located in Moscow City. The abbreviation means - "united by a crystal base."
The south tower is considered the third highest. There is an observation deck on the roof. The south tower has 85 floors. On the territory there are residential and office premises. For them, approximately the same amount of area has been allocated. In 2012, construction began. It ended only in 2016.
At the same time, construction began on the North Tower. In 2013, 35 floors were already built. Work ceased when the tower was 49 floors high.
2. IFC "Federation" (Vostok Tower), 374 m

Complex "Federation" located in the international center of Moscow. Building "East" considered the tallest building in Europe after the Lahta Center.
This project was developed by Russian and German architect Sergey Choban. The complex has 2 towers. One of the towers has the name "East", it has only 95 floors. The construction, although not completely, was completed in 2017.
The tower called "West" includes - 63 floors. The complex has offices, apartments and shopping galleries. A concrete slab is laid at the base of all the structures. A lot of concrete was spent on it, which was also recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.
It is worth noting that during the construction of glazing the latest technologies were used, which were developed by the best specialists. Even earlier, before that, they were not used. Glass reflects the sun, while still maintaining the temperature in the building. During the construction of this complex, American companies and corporations were involved.
1. Lakhta Center, 462 m

Lakhta Center located in the center of St. Petersburg itself. The whole complex includes 5 buildings - this is a tower, a multifunctional structure, the building of the arch of the main entrance, as well as stylobate and KZS.
The number of floors in the building is 87. The final use of the complex began in 2019. But, this is only a small part (a skyscraper and a multifunctional structure). The rest of the approximately will come into use only in 2021.
